POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for sending all green coffee from the Warehouse mezzanine to the Roasting facility. This position is responsible for quality assurance (proper item/lot coding), paperwork completeness and work area cleanliness.
KEY DUTIES:
- Documentation of greens used, including lot code, item number and pounds used
- Responsible for reviewing item and batch quantities of green coffee
- Accountable for all green coffee sent to the roaster
- Responsible to adhere to the GMP policy
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Ensure that all supplies are organized and stored in their proper place
- Ensure that green coffee meets Company standards
- Every employee has a responsibility to report employee safety, food safety and/or quality concerns to their Supervisor/Manager immediately upon identification
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
POSITION SKILL/COMPETENCY:
- Pull/drag a minimum of 132 lbs
- Perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time
- Work under strict deadlines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility a plus
This position is Sunday – Thursday, swing shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm). Some overtime may be required. $16.00 – $18.00 per hour depending on experience.
