must have a complete understanding of coffee. This is important for two
reasons. First, when charging a premium for coffee, the salesperson
should be able to adequately describe to the consumer the coffee's origin,
growing, processing, and cup qualities. This will make the customer's
coffee experience more complete. Secondly, true quality of product is the
most powerful marketing tool that any business can employ.
